Get a solid foundation in placing protection and anchor building

Climbing anchors are the foundation of climbing safety. This hands-on, technical clinic will teach you how to make the most of your gear in all of its different applications. Topics will include proper placement of rock climbing protection (spring loaded camming devices, nuts, and tri-cams), multiple point rock climbing anchors, equalization, non-extension and advanced belay systems. Climbers will build anchors, utilize a variety of belay techniques, learn to transition, and remove anchors.

This climbing school program is available as a single day or two-day course, depending on your background and prior experience.
